What is my default user role after registration?
Your default role is <strong>TEACHER</strong>. This gives you access to manage classes, students, scores, and generate reports. To get admin or principal access, you need to upgrade your account via <strong>Payments ? Account Upgrade</strong>.
Can a school have two admins?
No. For security and accountability, each school can have only <strong>ONE ADMINISTRATOR</strong>. The admin account has complete control over the system.
Can a school have two assigned headmasters/principals?
No. Each school can have only <strong>ONE PRINCIPAL/HEADMASTER</strong> account. This ensures clear authority and responsibility.
What are the functions a Teacher can do?
A Teacher can: Manage assigned classes, Enter and edit student scores, Create and manage subjects, Manage students, Take attendance register, Create timetables, Generate report sheets, and View student performance.
What can a Headmaster/Principal do?
A Principal can: View all school reports, Manage comments on report cards, Configure grading system, Access school record books, View staff data, Monitor all teachers, and Generate school-wide reports.
What can an Administrator do?
An Administrator has FULL ACCESS to: All teacher functions, All principal functions, System settings, User management, School branding, Payment configuration, Session and term management, and All system configurations.
